Hey I’m back after a little (long) hiatus of laziness. I will definitely try and post some more stuff soon. 

This was near the Oklahoma land run monument. I have no idea why these birds would do such a thing, but I can only imagine that they would have to get tired sooner or later.

I can honestly say that Oklahoma wasn’t as bad as I had previously thought, although it was still quite a disappointment. I myself found this state to be too much like the rural areas of Texas which was what I was hoping to not see. The main roads leading in and out were mainly surrounded by farmland and some of the roads further into the state were extremely bumpy. I must mention that we were in a recreational vehicle and that may have contributed to the rough ride. Though the state was boring on my opinion I can say that there were many beautiful casino’s spread forethought the state. My favorite casino was called Firelake casino due to the fact that there was free camping, ice cream and soft drinks. There is nothing like spending 5$ (yes, I’m a big spender I know) on slot machines while eating all the free root beer floats your heart desires! Although I love the root beer floats, Thunderbird casino had a better rate of paying out in my opinion. When we weren’t gambling we managed to find a monument and I even experienced a sight that I had never seen. I have a few pictures that I will upload later and I will tell you more about my adventures then. Also, all proceeds from the casino’s go to funding schools, medical centers and etc for the respective Native American tribe that owns that casino.

I apologize for being lazy, there is currently only one power cord between two laptops and I am sharing with my roommate. That is in no way, shape, or form a valid excuse so I shall get back to writing again. I have some excellent pictures of my trip so far and I will definitely post them as soon as possible. Also, I would like to thank a friend of mine for giving me a little hope when I first started this blog. For if it were not for her awesome comment that showed me that someone out there was listening, I might not have continued writing this blog. So thank you Kayla for helping to give me inspiration and I hope that one day you will grace us all with your phenomenal art work!

I had to drive through this all the way to New Mexico. It was difficult to see when there was little light on the roadways combined with the falling snow.

This was the first time that I had really seen this much snow.

It’s currently snowing in Oklahoma and it’s awesome! There are strong winds and lots of snow! Good thing we were took off just in time or we might have been icicles!
